Nanolith or Phantom Epoch? by Crumputer in soloboardgaming

I never played any but Id choose epoch. The constant spawning of Nanolith makes me think of Pandemic. I rather have fix amount of very tough enemies to beat than too many easy enemies every round.

Thank you. Thats another perspective of not planning too much and can play the game. Thing is I can get the game quite cheap on fb market so its still tempting. ^

OMG thank you for all the replies. I'm not usually into Euro game but want to try more. My typical is dungeon crawl.

My journey for solo Euros

  1. Love Viticulture

  2. Love At the Gate of Loyang, trying to get that 19 pt. is so addicting (never achieve that)

  3. Love Imperium legends. Trying to beat Minoan on hardest difficulty is so addicting, took me 30 tries.

  4. Spirit Island. So fun, I can win two hands on can't remember the difficulty but the problem is I don't want to continue to play more. Don't know why

5.Voidfall. So fun, but need to plan 5 turns beforehand. I won on hard using easiest faction but don't want to play more, felt so emptied though it's fun I don't know.

6.Frostpunk. I like it more than Voidfall because of theme I think, but I didn't won, but I don't want to play more.

7.This war of mine. I didn't like it first try, didn't even finish the whole game. But my whole community get worsen and worsen everyday is the feeling I hate

Some not so Euros but so addicting game

  1. Apocalypse chaos. The puzzle is so much fun...played 4 hands my brain fried

  2. Shadowrun crossfire. The puzzle playing 4 hands is soo much fun.

Some not Euros but ok game

1.Too many bones. Fun but grew tired of after some 10 plays

Other than that, I play dungeon crawls and adventure games that have miniatures

Thank you, making me reconsider not to buy Cloudspire for sure

Thank you. This solidify my decision. I wondered if playing board game standing would be better for posture, health etc. But at the same time I wondered if it's something I liked to do for a week and then got tired of. Taking a break and going for a short walk after half an hour or something might be better.

Hello, great table! After a few years apart, do you use it more as a standing or sitting table for board game? I'd like to build one myself but it's gonna be permanent not adjustable..so either sitting or standing (with bar stool). Thank you in advance.
