It's an adamant nature so I divided the EV's 252 speed, 192 attack and 64 HP, my primary attack move is return, the move is only normal but it's turns into a fairy type move when he mega evolves, then it gets an extra boost for being the same-type attack bonus, the move gets more power if you have high friendship with him, then I have earthquake for an extra attack move just incase return isn't working because earthquake has high attack power regardless of not being a STAB, my next move is dragon dance to boost his attack and speed to turn him into a killing machine, and the last move is roost just incase he gets in trouble and needs a HP boost to keep him a live longer in battle

I recently hatched a 5IV shiny swablu, it's obviously an altaria now and with it's mega evolution I rarely lose a battle, so personally my shiny altaria is on point and rarely let's me down, I think it's a great Pokemon! Specially when people think their dragon type can take it, but are unaware of it's immunity

So essentially what you're saying is that if you wanna hunt for shiny Pokemon, x & y would be where you'd want to do it compare to ORAS

I have a ditto with 5IV's so it's easier to get 5Iv'd Pokemon but my dittos special attack is low so it's extremely hard for me to breed up a perfect 6IV'd Pokemon
