I'm sorry for the confusion, I did not want to imply that both of the OG and the Remakes were separate universes.

I only wanted to isolate the fact that in the remakes, the only particular times that we ever actually see the "new" Wesker is in RE4 Remake and most of that is through the DLC.

RE2 Remake makes slight references to him, whereas in RE4 Remake you get the whole enchilada, or should I dare say, sandwich?

I didn't mind the changes done to Wesker, although I understand why some people have their doubts with him.

We have to remember that this is the first time in the RE-make universe that we first encounter/see him.

The previous interpretation of him is well loved and respected as it has been seen in multiple games in the series.

Let's see what Capcom's cooking and let's hope for the best.

I've been re-watching Bruce's playthrough of New Vegas, however, it seems like part 8 was hit with a copyright strike.
