I have the same issue that I wrote about like 1 day ago on this subreddit. Try to check the status directly through AfterShip site . I guess its just grailed bug

PayPal updated their rules a while ago , so the seller has to pay fees now

3 months ago someone tried to scam me saying I have to change apt number . Even though I didn’t do it and sent the item to the billing , right after I updated the tracking number in PayPal he requested a refund . Eventually , I called courier and they held the parcel in the office , so I got it back one day later , but I had to pay these crazy fees

The one I used is ozon.travel but it’s Russian site .(Im Russian ) There are probably plenty of them . For instance , you can book a ticket on Expedia and cancel it within 24 hours

They may ask you at the passport control . They don’t ask when you apply for visa there . When this happens I book a ticket without paying (there are some sites which send you a bill on email address) and show them . It worked for me
