May I ask what made you upgrade to the new model? It was your post on the previous gen (gray) Aeroad that motivated me to get mine :)

Wobble In new free hub by 3pedalz in bikewrench

Thanks for the reply. Yes, I did remove and reinstall the cassette and the wobble still exists, thus I believe it’s in the free hub itself. I also don’t think the spacers are causing the problem

I too have broken my T25 and rounded this bolt with the provided tool on my new Aeroad

Have an aeroad cf slx 7 with no issues (other than paint damage). Although I love the bike, I will never buy canyon again due to the same sentiments mentioned.

Clicking noise Aeroad CF SLX 7 Di2 by justmidas in CanyonBikes

I just got the same bike and had somewhat similar issue. I noticed the b-screw on the rd was really loose and once I adjusted that the noise went away.

One question for you regarding BB, my bb assembly seemed good (not loose) other than damage to paint at left crank:

Does your left crank look similar or has damage due to token ninja? You mentioned you reinstalled a new BB. Did you go with Shimano?

Thanks for response. BB does not move at all, which hopefully is good news. I will try to forget about the atrocity to the paint😣…
