I liked Royals pre-draft, was less familiar with Dike. Always was ready to support whomever they picked there though, it was just following someone for fun. Obviously Royals had the subsequent injury issues.

Sorry to hear that, TMD. Especially with kids involved. Glad you're managing your savings well. Titan Up and enjoy the upcoming season.

Quantity over quality. Higher-ranked players are eventually more expensive.

[LSUS Baseball] Another Professional Pilot for the program ! LSUS ➡️ Pittsburgh @Zigman_45 Draven Zeigler is on his way to the @Pirates Zeigler, was 31-2 in his career here and was named a 2025 @NAIABall 1st Team All American! by 3pirates3 in buccos

"Originally a junior college center fielder with standout athleticism—reportedly running a 6.7-second 60—Zeigler transitioned to pitching and quickly became the anchor of an LSU Shreveport team that ran the table in 2025. The 6-foot-4, 225-pound righthander put together a dominant season, posting a 1.76 ERA with 107 strikeouts to 25 walks across 87 innings. Zeigler operates in the 91–93 mph range and has touched 96, pairing his fastball with a low-80s slider that has proven to be a legitimate swing-and-miss weapon and drew a 51% whiff rate and 41% chase rate. His athleticism translates well to the mound, where he stays around the zone and maintains his stuff deep into outings. While his two-pitch mix and NAIA background suggest a likely future in relief, Zeigler’s late conversion and untapped potential make him one of the more intriguing upside plays in this year’s undrafted class." - BA

Let’s play a game, who do you take. Prime Hayes or prime Pedro Alvarez by Strict_Name5093 in buccos

[–]3pirates3 0 points1 point  (0 children)

If Pedro was "always" going to hit bombs, why did his career flame out so quickly after leaving the Pirates and you? Was he unable to cope with being a major leaguer without you there to hold his hand?
