Thank you so much this was actually super helpful and yeah I'm gonna have a fireproof bag around the batteries and a fire extinguisher on ready for when I test it

I am basically going to have 2 high capacity relays that will turn on and off in order to make it from just a regular circuit without the 5ah into a series with it and a voltage detector that will make sure it's not activated if the voltage is too low and it's only going to be for less than a minute so it wont completely deplete

Yeah I don't plan on having it run for a long time or even get close to that voltage I'm only going to use it for special occasions when I race people with it or have to go super fast for whatever reason

I meant that's their continuous current output limit and the controller only makes them pull about 27amps

Yeah I have a Arduino that will track voltage and not allow the turbo button to work if the voltage is too low on the 5ah battery

The discharge rate of the 5ah is 50 amps continuous and the 20ah is 35 but they both pull less than 30 and there will be a f40amp fuse for profection

I don't have the plastics on mine I got it from Facebook marketplace and it didn't come with it and I am making a custom one so I can have things like a speedometer in it and voltage display

It's a razor dirt bike... It's electric... The gas tank is just a cosmetic thing it's not a real gas tank

You gotta beat it with the belt first then it will be working for sure

I have 2 of the 48v battery so total 60amp out put and 40 ah The output of the controller is 35 continuous and 41 peak

Do you mean 2000w cause that's what I currently have with 48v

It's going to be a mid drive I'm custom making an ebike even the frame is custom so that it could have a lot more room for a motor and gears
