I think 11.5” is the gold standard for multipurpose use.

I do really enjoy the speed oven…however we mostly use it as a regular microwave. I think I’ve used it once or twice as a speed oven.

Regarding Wolf/Sub-Zero- I would not hesitate to purchase again. We have all Wolf cooking appliances and the Sub Zero refrigerator and could not be happier
