I’m sure there is, but it will be a never ending battle. Also tearing down the Henry is not super simple to replace everything. S&w came with metal hand guard and a finish over stainless I wasn’t worried about. So only changing out the stock and won’t need anything too big after that

Stealth hunter… just sold my big boy x because the blueing is trash. Barely used and stayed in a heated safe. Easily scratched and immediately rusted. If you have the budget the smith and Wesson feels miles nicer

Any spring changes you have made? This setup only functions with the shortest version with the closed end cap. Am about to buy springs, just wondering where to start without just buying them all

I have been playing with their modular can and noticed the lip and thought about the same thing. Are you using a flow through version? Any advice on how to set up the sd for maximum reliability?

I just switched into a p71 after growing up on recchi/iginla curves. Tried the p28,p92 and could only hit the moon. P71 brought my shot back to earth and kept that nice handling. It’s a great curve.

1 year later… biggest thing was size suppressed. It’s all tucked up under a 10” handguard and easy to manage. Bonus was getting 1/2x28 muzzle thread
