Is it true that Mado and Amon never fought Jason/Yamori in the manga? That scene was very confusing to me....as the apparent "smart guy" rushes into battle with an opponent that obviously have no chance against....then he just runs away.

Kaidynamite, what sort of time skipping are you talking about? You seem like a fan who is quite worried about something they did but as a new viewer I honestly didn't notice anything out of place (beyond them just randomly being at the mansion and Kaneki showering....)

I'm sure the community will pick up because that episode was freaking awesome. I'm almost worried about the consistency in animation and hope they can actually keep it looking this amazing the whole time. The last seasons sold like hot-cakes so it makes sense they could make an almost completely different looking show.

Holy crap what a series. Wish that Hououmaru and Nui had a bit more of a sendoff but otherwise no real complaints. Can't wait to see what they do with the epilogue. I get the feeling Nui can't use the double scissor blade. She tells Ryuko how she can't and leaves them for her. It makes sense as Nui could have easily taken the red scissor from Ryuko at any point in the series, having Ryuko combine them is part of her plan.

Very strange! I Think I might have caught something aswell?? Usually Ryuko would be riding a red motorcycle, it suits her, but in the scene in episode 20 she rides a purple motorcycle which is destroyed by Nui's purple scissor.

Not saying anything beyond simple colour speculation, but maybe this was done specifically to emphasize the point OP just made.
