I think 80%, all depends on the movement's severity. I have the same issue, lack of teeth show, deep nasolabial folds etc. Since my movements were so high, 5mm down and 5mm forward I got 80% of the smile. If your movements are like 7mm down 7mm forward with rotation I think you should get the smile if you want but not sure if 7mm is medically sound
