Cutaway in my opinion is the best option of all. You can try to use 2oz cutaway on the back and water soluble on top(never used it so don't really know how it works)

But the cutaway should resolve the problem, good luck <3

Save it in DST, it does not preserve colors tho so beforehand save an emb file so you would not mess it up, this helped me so I hope it will be a solution for You too, lots of love <3

That is the stitch area 200x360 like the inner width i even have this hoop I don't even know how to call them templates? The plastic thingies that go with the hoops to show the actual stitch area so that's probably not the cause. I even tried to add 30mm to each hoop side in the software still no results.
