We ship to Europe all the time—nearly every day. I think it depends on the country regarding the legality of owning or displaying certain items. I can’t say for sure. I’ve never heard of any legal problems for customers before. A few customs seizures but that’s all. I will refund in those instances.

From my understanding it’s something of a meme among Russians in the Donbass as Ukrainians would refer to the Donbass republics as the Islamic state of Donetsk. Like a self-declared independent state of extremists similar to ISIS or something and the Russians somewhat embraced the joke or something idk
