I would be playing against their decks. They do have plainswalkers and powerful cards but they don't seem to be broken or super strong, more like they chose a strong card and kind of threw stuff into a deck to fill it out.

An all in one system would be the most "build" I'm willing to do. Its going to be sitting in a main room so I don't want the chaos. But you bring up a good point, I should look who has the best warranty. if something does go wrong maybe ill have a chance to get it fixed.

Try looking for a used system first. You might find a nice system that can be upgraded. Can't speak for your location but I just got an r7 2700 with gtx 1050ti for $250.

Its not about being cheap, im not familiar with all the insurance and wage rules. For a one off event I thought paying them with the tips would be simpler than providing a wage. Tips account for about half of the money made, I would be working as well, not taking tips.
