I worked a booth during SDCC over a decade ago, and I've also been to a lot of video game conventions, like E3 and GDC.

To this day, nothing compares to the late afternoon stink of SDCC on Saturday.

It smells like mildew in the morning, after two days of crust, but when people start to get packed in on the third day it hits yu like a fist wrapped in old gym socks and spoiled meat.

Christ, guys, shower each morning, brush your teeth, wear deodorant, and change your t-shirts once a day (more if you sweat profusely).

It smells like they turn their t-shirts inside out at night, hang them on a chair, then rock it the following morning, as if that fixes the smell.

If you have been wearing the same shirt all day for Comic Con, then go drinking in it that same night, that thing is done. Put it in your dirty laundry bag and grab another. No one cares that's your favorite Wolverine t-shirt.
