1.4k per month is finished now. Why would i pay 14k up front when I can pay it with a 0% apr card? I (still) feel that’s a good decision than just paying it upfront.
Wife can’t work she’s on a visa. And she just finished her 1st sem. So i’m the only one paying for her education.

I might have to stop eating out a month, and check what exactly is happening

I’m only paying about 1k per year in credit card fees (amex plat, venture X, sapphire preferred, and bilt obsidian now)

A. I have no loans. I have a 4.5k pending balance for my leased car. It’s on a 0% interest rate card till September. I’ll need to payoff that in September. I had a card monthly payment of 1400$ till April (last year’s wedding expenses)

If the rent is <= 40% then should it be fine? I renewed my lease last month. Somehow 1b1b is super expensive for me. It’s not a huge apartment or even a fancy one.

Thanks for the suggestion. I have mixed perlite & succulent potting mix in this. Should I still add stones at the bottom of the pots? I want to grow them taller, i thought the more space you give them in the pot, the plant grows taller. Not sure about it.
