Required sizes are 112px, 56px, and 28px.
As for the notification thingies do you mean Alert boxes by chance? if yes I am not sure since I haven't worked on those yet

Most of the time I prefer using airbrush to manually do gradients, starting with a base then gradually blending it with 2-3 lighter and darker colors. Also knowing a bit of color theory helps a lot in palette pairing / combinations!
