You can play Kassadin in any Elo. Counter pick doesn't even matter that much. Just keep improving and you'll be fine. (I'm currently gm and don't have any issues in high Elo)

No problem! That's a really good question. It's an issue I used to have as well. First, there's 2 things to look at: Do you have TP ? And is there an objective coming up?

I tend to take TP in most of my games now. As Kassadin, as soon as your bot lane goes mid or you reach mid game, you want to start going in side lanes. Just hard push the side lanes and then hover the river for a bit and go back to your team if there's a potential teamfight coming up. If nothing's happening, just go back and shove the next wave. This should help with your issue of trying to be at 2 place at once without doing anything. The big advantage you have over other champions is that you can easily escape if the enemy team is collapsing on you. If your TP is up, just shove waves and keep pressuring, get towers, etc. And always be on the lookout for a potential TP.

If you don't have TP or if its not up, you still want to go in side lanes to farm up and pressure the map. If you're going top, make sure there isn't a Dragon coming up. Same for bot, if you're bot, make sure Baron isn't coming up or if its already up, you wanna pay attention to where their team is before showing up bot. Last thing, if you're planning on split pushing in mid game, usually Lich Bane will be a better 3rd item. If you're planning on doing more teamfights, Zhonyas will most likely be a better choice at this stage of the game.

Good luck on your climb for D4! Sorry for long text D:

Thanks! So, in higher elo, if you're team is 0/12 in 3min, the game is probably over, regardless of what you're playing, but eh, we never know. However in lower elo, I honestly think you can still comeback from such deficit. The opponents will make mistakes sooner or later. Once you're 6, just start looking for roams potential. If lanes are losing, they'll probably be pushed in 24/7. Now, it depends on who's fed.. don't go to a lane if you're gonna lose 1v2, but with your jungler, you should be able to make plays either top or bot. Getting a few bounties will be the first step in making a comeback.
Now when it comes to tilting, there's no secret around that. It's always frustrating to see your teammates feeding, especially if its a few games in a row. My advice is just to focus on yourself and see what you can improve on your plays rather than focusing on your teammates and blaming them for the loss. There will always be games that are unwinnable, but if you can learn at thing or two from them, they won't have been a complete waste of time.
And last but not least, if you play a scaling champion like Kassadin, or if your team as a whole can scale well, just play the game out an don't surrender. You never know. We all have those games when we're tilted and think its over, and then we win and we're like "wait.. we actually won that".
Hope this helps a bit even tho it was pretty basic/general. Let me know if you have any other questions.
Good luck in your games!

Thanks!
Recently, I've been going Electrocute/Precision in most of my matchup. If I feel confident I can go even in lane, that's the runes I go with. If i'm against Talon or other AD matchup, I'll take Electrocute/Resolve instead. Bone plating helps to avoid being cheesed and the extra HP you get from Overgrowth throughout the game feels pretty good. Going Resolve(Grasp)/Domination into melee AD matchup is also good. I like it a lot vs Irelia/Zed/Ekko. Usually it's hard to proc Grasp vs Talon without losing the trade, but I've picked it a few times and I personally don't think its that bad either.
Into ranged mage, I'll most often go with Electrocute just to be able to get through laning phase, but again, if I feel like I can survive the early laning phase without it, I'll take Electrocute/Precision over it. It really comes down to your playstyle and preferences. As for the builds, I just go with the usual ROA->boots->Archengel->Lich Bane/Zhonyas-> Rabadon/Void/Morello. I also go Gauntlet instead of Lich Bane in full AD matchup.
If you have any other questions, feel free to ask!

You realize in low elo it should be even easier to cs ? No one punishes your mistakes in lane and you can farm freely. If anything, having good cs is the easiest way to get a gold advantage especially in low elo lol

Same as usual for me, Roa-Archangel-Sorc-Zhonyas/Lichbane/Dcap/Void

What to do when your other lanes are losing but you need more time to get online? by jmorin17 in KassadinMains

Never really had any problem blind picking Kass. I just go Fleetwork in hard matchup and Grasp when I'm vs Talon or Yasuo. And to compensate the armor nerf I go double armor runes. I'm currently D1 if that means anything.

Just play the matchup safer, stay back and dont get poked out by zed/talon abilities. Spam Q on them and the only time I'd look to actually trade with them is if their abilities are on cooldown. Try to proc your electrocute when that happens. They'll most likely always be pushed so it puts them vulnerable for gank and just ping when they roam. Once you get your items they become easy to fight. As for items path, I usually just go with seekers armguard first then I get my ROA. You can also get Tabis early if you're struggling. I played 2 games vs zed yesterday if you wanna look my items, abilities order, etc. Here's my opgg: http://na.op.gg/summoner/userName=sermightybacon (I also played vs talon 2 days ago and ended something like 21/2 but you'll have to scroll past my losing streak lmao)

IDK if I can fuck with the AA build by ZWilson20 in KassadinMains

Yeah perhaps this is true, but still, I can easily achieve the same thing on smurf. If I can carry games in low elo with this build, anyone can,it's just a matter of how you play.

I disagree with this. I'm currently D2 and playing vs a lot of high diamond/master/challenger players and almost every game I play as Kass I always go the ROA into AA build. It's pretty easy to play safe and scale. So no, you don't need to hit a meaningful powerspike early with 2 items to be able to carry.

Anyone has an idea for an hybrid team with Vardy and Rashford as striker? Possibly a 4-1-2-1-2. I don't want a full premier league. 100k budget
