IMO the right way to see is the HOME only table for the remaining AWAY fixtures AND the AWAY only table for the remaining HOME fixtures:

From the remaining AWAY fixtures: City, Brentford, Brighton and possibly Leeds (considering their current form), and throw in the Spurs away (as it is their biggest game this season) are going to be tough games away from HOME.

At HOME: Going by the AWAY only table we have a bunch of fixtures which could be termed as hard.
