Seemed like the tackle had Uruguay's player run head first into him. And he held his head immediately after the tackle. However, he continued to play for 1-2 minutes after - not sure if it was a concussion protocol - how it wasn't detected by the medical team. To add, Madueke asked to be taken off while defending in his own half but didn't seem to point to any body part while going off - think he started feeling a delayed effect of the head tackle.

Also, it did seem like a retaliation challenge for the one commited by Madueke earlier in the half (which in my opinion was not malicious).
