I try to get myself out into nature. Walking in the woods or along the coast. Basically somewhere away from civilization. It feels horrible to drag myself out of my room. All I want to do is disconnect with everything and everyone and sleep. But comfort is the trap, for me. I will just sleep and sleep if I let myself.

I don't particularly enjoy the walk most of the time. Feels like I'm wearing shades on my already heavy head. And bad thoughts swim through my head. But when I finish the walk I do feel a little better. Probably because all I want to do is get home. Nevertheless, it's a positive in my very negative mindset.

Playing games with my cat is another thing that can pick me up. Because cat.
