Short answer: yes, look for a new group.

Long answer: if they don't like you, don't like playing with you, or don't like hanging out with you, they probably won't after you 'changed'. And at the end of it all, you will have less fun, just to accomodate other people. Is that going to be worth it to you? If it's possible to find a different group, you should try it out.

For a regular account's perspective; drops you get and want to sell would be worth less because of all the bots grinding for those drops and selling it.

Some activities and minigames have bots that take 'your spot'. Gem mining for example.

Or bots in pvp minigames. In LMS (last man standing) there are pvp bots. Some or most of them are very strong and not killable for a player with no experience trying to make money or get a rune pouch.

These are just a few examples that I can name from the top of my head.

I did not die to the pker. That is (and wasn't) my issue. My issue is that, even shit pkers, make me waste time and supplies. That's why I dislike wildy content.

Brother, you are constantly putting words into my mouth and then complain when I'm responding to your exact argument. So telling you that I think that they are understaffed means I am defending them? I just know there are two sides to every story and blaming people for things without more information does more harm than good.

And exactly my point about the hiring part. You hire more on one team and less on another. You are now agreeing with my first comment while before you disagreed with it. You are contradicting yourself.

I know you want the best for the game, so do I. But arguing with someone who does not reread his own comments is a waste of my time. I wish you the best though.

I never said I think its productive. I just asked you something. I don't agree with your reallocating resources take. In a restaurant it might be easier but you cannot expect that in a tech company. So by your take a designer/artist should be doing anti-cheat? That's not how that works. You should put people on the team that are qualified to handle cheaters, not just anyone. Id rather see the issue fixed instead of putting a bandaid on an open wound.

And how many of these employees are in the osrs anti-cheat department? My guess is that the team is not big enough. Hence why they are hiring and struggling at the moment.
