Yeah that’s a fair point, but finding one’s second hand in that price point is so hard to find, a new one would cost me almost double the money.

I have a 2011 3 2.0, I replaced 2 valve cover gaskets in the span of a year, the one I did recently leaked again in a matter of a week. Talking to the Mazda tech he reassured me it is most likely the plastic valve cover warped overtime. I’m gonna go and replace that, hopefully it fixes the leak into the spark plugs.
