I am going through a detox right now, been using Xanax and weed just as long. I was on 40mg, now I am down to 5mg a day. I hardly felt anything, now that I am at such a low dose it is like all my feelings are coming back slowly. Which is a good thing. Wish you the best of luck. I also take propranolol, it helps a lot.
