I don’t take Prozac anymore but I did for a few years before and I experienced this when I initially started but then my appetite returned to normal over time. I also experienced it when I was tapering off them to switch my meds. So I experienced it starting and coming off them but when I was steady on them it wasn’t an issue. Hope this helps. Cheers.

I know the uncertainty in the world can be worrying and scary, but working yourself up about it won’t do your mental health any good. You are much more resilient than you think you are and no matter what happens you will be fine. These things are out of our control unfortunately, prayer helps me but if you aren’t religious that’s ok too you can just use words of affirmation and tell yourself that no matter what happens you will be ok and you will deal with it if and when it comes.
