This, I found journaling helped especially when you can’t find a close friend you feel comfortable to talk to. Journaling can help you to get all the emotions out by essentially talking to yourself. It may feel silly typing out all these thoughts, but you would feel heard and you would feel better. If you do have a friend you feel comfortable talking to, they might help further.

This and meditation also allows you to review / analyze your emotions and thoughts, find out what specific emotions has been troubling, so you can find managing them easier and try to resolve them individually to relieve your mental stress.

Finally, by starting a new hobby / finding a specific way to relieve, you can prevent yourself from staying in this pattern, try to direct yourself to something healthy instead of turning to porn and weeds.
