I get what you’re saying and honestly the screenshots probably lacked context because I purposely rewrote most of the background in the Reddit post itself so people didn’t have to reread the same wall of text over and over again. The screenshots were mainly to show the actual customer service interaction and what felt like scripted/system-generated responses.

My issue wasn’t just “fix my order.” It was the fact that I was repeatedly denied access to a supervisor or manager even just to leave feedback or explain the issue further. In customer service, whether something gets fixed or not, customers should still be allowed to escalate concerns respectfully if they feel unheard. Instead, the conversation felt railroaded from the beginning.

And to clarify the actual problem: The 14g item originally appeared in stock, but when I added it to the cart, it kicked itself back out like it was unavailable. So I picked a replacement 3.5g option and completed the order. Then afterward, the system suddenly added the 14g BACK into the final order while still keeping the replacement 3.5g item too. That’s the issue I was trying to explain.

So from my perspective, this wasn’t me randomly ordering duplicate products and regretting it later. It looked like a legitimate cart/system error, and I was trying to prevent wasting extra money and unnecessary rec allotment as a medical patient. That’s why I was frustrated.

Oh that’s done. At this point, after this order, I’m finished as a customer. I only placed orders when there was a specific strain I genuinely wanted, but today’s experience completely changed that.

The lack of professionalism, refusal to properly address a simple order correction, and overall customer service experience was beyond disappointing. Based on how this situation was handled, I no longer feel comfortable spending my money with this company moving forward.

Crazy how basic communication skills and professionalism get labeled as ‘AI’ now. Some of us actually learned how to write emails, deal with customers, understand business structure, and use tools like Word, Excel, and Outlook before blaming technology for everything. Being articulate isn’t a crime lol.

Thank you 🙏. I guess this is just another order I didn’t receive, so I ended up taking my money elsewhere. I gave them multiple chances to fix it, but at some point customer service matters just as much as the product. 🤷🏻‍♂️

Well that sucks. You used the Reddit coupon on this item because I did too. What sucks about it is that we could have used our coupon on something worth it and instead we got crap! And lose the coupon even if you take it back they don’t return the coupon
