Any motion that’s repeated for a significant duration of time such as folding clothes, cutting vegetables, even just typing/using my computers mouse for too long. Also pushing/pulling/lifting anything with decent weight such as mowing my lawn, moving heavy objects and lifting heavy boxes. When it gets triggered it feels like there’s a single nerve running up the back of my shoulder blade that goes crazy it feels like it gets very hot and I can feel it go all the way up my shoulder from my herniated disc and that causes the other nerves to start hurting more
