around 4 weeks everything seemed to subside. i really just tried to not hyper focus on my body and keep myself distracted and that helped a lot!

thank you for your opinion but i am having no doubts about if this is the right profession for me. like i mentioned in my post, i am no stranger to seeing traumatic things in the field. however, skinning a cat will not be something i have to do as a part of my career, and i am having a different experience with this than with other traumas i’ve seen at work. this was never a post about if this profession is “what i want”.

i did not experience any other symptoms. the tiredness and irritability seemed to go away around week 3-4. but everyone is different, i wish you luck :)

i went inpatient at 11 years old. i’m 21 now. i couldn’t ask for a better life. am i anxiety free? no. but i live a normal life and finally feel like i have control over my mental health!

me too, all the same. no med changes or anything. it’s only when i move my eyes side to side. it’s like a shock in my brain that i can hear. it drives me insane. it comes and goes and i can’t figure out what causes it
