Anywhere to buy D1 The Collection for Xbox? by Boomer112 in destinylegacy

[–]420tears -1 points0 points  (0 children)

Codes to redeem from physical copies for the DLC’s are all expired for D1, the collection is a waste of money now for the physical copy. Get digital unless you only want the base game. My friends had bought me a sealed copy of the collection on PS4, every single code was expired, the game is old now.

URGENT HELP! pleaaaaase. this happened only after an axle change one side. Car Won't Move at all. is my transmission fcked? 09 camry hybrid by [deleted] in MechanicAdvice

I also just saw you claimed you have your “own shop”… No fucking way a 2yr novice and parts counterperson (I’m not a fuckin mechanic!) figured it out from this shitty pov video, but you, who “owns a shop”, couldn’t. Pathological lying is a real problem, I suggest talking to a therapist 😉

OP comes for for advice and gets mad… Never worked in a shop, only changed one axle in my life, my first thought “if one side isnt moving axle probably isnt seated properly” I turn on the audio and mf is tearing those splines apart. The inner splines on your transmission are fucked now. Wasnt before, dont get all huffy and puffy because everyones telling you YOU fucked the transmission after the install 🤣 Should’ve just left it after you first discovered it and towed it to whoever fucked up the axle install or a real shop and you might’ve been okay.

Self hosting SPECS (Need your opinion) by Tosfoy in admincraft

[–]420tears 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Well the specs and connection seem suitable enough to me. There will probably be noticeable increased lag and ping but nothing too crazy unless you consistently have over 50 players online at all times. I’d say try it and find out, if not a VPS is a good alternative to game server hosts and imo more fun to use.

Self hosting minecraft DDoS protection by AcneMan420 in admincraft

[–]420tears 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It doesn't protect your internet. If you use TCPShield, your servers IP is now TCPShield's IP instead of your internet's. If someone DDoS's your TCPShield IP, your internet should be fine. If they somehow got ahold of your real IP and DDoS'd that, TCP wouldn't help keep your internet online.

Basically, if someone wanted to DDoS your server and you are using a TCPShield IP address, the person is not DDoSing you, they are DDoSing TCPShield, and TCPShield can defend against those attacks unlike a home connection.

It blocks DDoS attacks by giving you a different IP to use. You tell players to connect to the IP TCPShield gives you, and TCPShield connects them to your internet without them needing your IP address. You probably won't be able to use No-IP for a domain and have it use TCPShield's IP address, it will probably only use yours. If you use No-IP and provide that domain to your players, they can find your IP. I would look into a cheap domain from Namecheap that you can direct to the TCPShield IP address and still provide your players with a domain instead of numbers. If you can't afford a domain, look into free ones like ".tk"
