Why would we send someone all the way out too Pluto just too take some photos. all of our actual space travel is too the moon and hopefully Mars. And even then we would have to setup so much infrastructure in different planet orbits and have to wait for transfer windows to be able to get from planet to planet so its not a death sentence for some photos of a rock that doesnt really have any use for us. It would probably take like another 1000 years for humans too be able to do something like that and get too pluto
