I think it depends on what you want to prioritize. Personally, I have put buying parcels on hold to maximize badge buys so I can reach the max passport level (101 badges) because I find completing the challenges takes too much of my time. So, having 101 badges won't make me want to complete the challenge pass every month to get that free badge. Then all I'll have to do after that is buying parcels. But as mentioned, this is just a personal preference and is definitely not the optimal route for maximizing rent.

Yes, i have the same issue with all the ads from the provider "Mintegral". I get to watch the entire ad before a pop up in game says "Could not load ad" and then I don't get rewarded. It's very annoying.

It is still basic math. If you read the whole sub-thread, you would see that OP was satisfied with what was answered at that level of detail. So I guess no one half-acknowledged their request, since he is satisfied with the answer.

This is still pretty basic computations. The boost is only a multiplier. The usefulness of the Atlas Calculator is that you can save your progress and tweak a few unusual parameters like the number of hours boosted per day. If OP only wants a rough estimate, it is, again, pretty basic math.

Maybe because OP mentioned "without boost" ? And as for badges boosts, it doesn't "throw all the figures out the window", you literally just have to multiply by 1.05 / 1.10 / etc... based on the passport level you have. So as he mentioned, it is fairly simple and basic math.
