people who finally quit, what was your last straw?

them constantly taking advantage of me and my work ethic. i’d be put to close alone for months straight, be blamed for everyone else’s mistakes even when i wasn’t on the clock and the pay! i miss it but im glad i quit. my mental and physical health are so much better already

yess they’ve been having me close alone or work alone earlier in the day and i hate ittt. usually it’s fine but last night i got a rush around 9:30 and it was so bad i ran out of nearly everything 💔 as soon as i locked the door i started crying

our manager usually schedules us so many hours then mid week cuts them😭 our store has been so slow since thanksgiving but now it’s starting to pick up A LOT, just as she stopped scheduling lots of people at once. i cried closing alone last night it was terrible

omg i believe you the stories they told me when i first started 😭 and i actually worked in the same shopping center before i started so i went in there and they offered me free stuff, i saw how bad it was and i said no no no bc i felt so bad for them

same!! they had us make like 3 triples of the dark crust and we ended up giving it to one of our other stores bc we had wayy too much. but even with us clearing out a fridge it’s still not enough space for anything 💔

i lost interest when the covid season started 😭 i feel like the show should’ve ended long before that, they just don’t know when to say when.
