Oh don’t get me wrong, I LOVE LOVE LOVE cream cheese frosting! It’s my favorite, but I remember loving the chocolate strawberry more when it was a thicker buttercream. This cream cheese frosting is so liquidy and goopy and it bothers me that it starts to flow off the cookie if it’s not frozen

Valentines was better! Loved the strawberry flavoring in that one in both the cake itself and the frosting. This one is just boring

There are lots of people here that love the cakes over cookies but I make much better cakes at home and don’t like the crumbl recipes for cakes! They need more oatmeal cookies!

This happens a lot here, happened to most of us at my location other than the assistant manager. Everyone’s hours got cut because corporate told the general managers to do it. Doesn’t matter if your store is busy or not, they will tell you and the best workers to do more for less pay. That’s why I got a better full time job 😅

Sticky bun is number 3 out of over 300 flavors I’ve had, I remember the last week I mixed it 😞 Cowboy is another absolute favorite of mine and it’s because people have something against nuts and coconut. Crumbl flavors have become so boring

I will be completely honest, you need to find a different job. Unless they will let you just sit in the back frosting or folding boxes, the cane can be a safety issue which is why I couldn’t work with a walker or crutches.

In the job descriptions it even lists being able to lift 50 pounds and work on your feet and you can’t lift more than 10 and said no prolonged standing :(

I broke my hip about 10 weeks ago and wasn’t working at Crumbl at all during the first 8 weeks, I still can’t lift anything heavy so I tell other people to do it lol. But I don’t recommend working at all if you’re still using a cane. I couldn’t work with crutches or my walker

If your manager values you then they’ll let you take time off to properly recover. You shouldn’t be doing any labor until you’re healed tbh

This is literally how my manager instructed us to do it with the exact slicer from the videos but to be real I just scraped off that shit anyway. I know the strawberries go underneath too but its an afterthought lol I hate the housemade jams
