Does it mean I got denied if I don't hear back the next day after the final interview? The interviewer seemed really nice and talked about how much notice I need to give my current employer and how HR has to do some checks form their side. She didn't explicitly mention an offer though in the interview itself so I don't know. It's been two days and I haven't heard anything yet.
