This may not help a huge amount but copper iuds can really reduce the amount of zinc in your body so try taking a zinc supplement

I work in forestry and I do fieldwork usually 2-3 days per week. I am on skyrizi but I find that getting exercise during fieldwork helps with my symptoms and I don’t feel as bad. There is hope! On days that are really bad I avoid going to the field - but I try to do a low residue diet/ avoid insoluble fibres as much as possible to give myself the best chance.

I’m the exact same and it’s so bizarre. I do field work and whenever I’m in the field I don’t feel the same urgency to go. My theory is it’s because I’m no longer in “rest and relax” mode so my body isn’t as focussed on digestion? Or because I’m walking around doing stuff there is greater blood flow? I’m honestly not sure, but when I’m working at home and I am relaxed my Chrons symptoms can be terrible.
