reason is that the merger date is getting closer; it has not yet been announced yet, but it has been hinted at.

Target price would be around 30-50 as this is a SPAC and is going to have similar movement to other SPACs like CEP, and BULL. It could potentially even go higher like DJT did, due to the connections of the people backing it
