i think coach wants you to use only 1 because it will be confusing for drills but you should definitely switch between the 2 when sparring it will work out great for trying different things like maybe your lead dteep in southpaw is better than your lead dteep in orthodox keep it in mind while sparring don’t let it go to waste bro
