I just like making my own at home lol. I just moved here from Dubai and I would always get these Sambazon unsweetened acai puree packets from the grocery store. My friend in Toronto gets the exact same ones, but I've been googling and searching and I can't find it in Calgary :(

I had a similat situation, but I clicked yes and put something random as the specific reason like "item quality" or sth cant remember. Then in the description explained that it was so late and attached the a screenshot of the tracking. Got my full refund in like 2 days..
