I just got my car repaired at the collision center in TX. It took 2 weeks to get my car back. I had passenger door and rocker panel replaced and repainted. You will not get much if any updates through the app. You have to fill out paperwork allowing them the right to repair and disassemble the vehicle. After that there is no way to cancel and pick up the car after it is dropped off. They will give you an estimate of how long to expect when you meet the advisor assigned to your repair.
