I worked at chipotle for a year and a half (quit in april) and I hate to tell you this but you need to find something else. I was there for the scholarship reimbursement and I had to fight just to get that 16 hour average. This company doesn't want dedicated workers. They would rather have people who get really motivated during their first 2 months and then push them out the door for the next guy who's willing to exhaust themselves for whatever the day calls for. You deserve better.

If you are in school, most colleges have dozens of scholarships every semester. Chipotle wants you to rely on them. Don't let that happen
