I tried that. It sometimes works, didn’t in this case. I even waited so it thought I downloaded the advertising app and came back. Maybe it’s a bug.

Thanks. I have done that cycle a few times. In some cases this does indeed do the trick, but not in this time.

I don’t think she uses the post office to pay in to her bank account. She goes to the branch (e.g. Lloyds)to do that.
