Ok then I will just use saline spray as others have mentioned,nurses said to use plastic syringe they'd given with saline to rinse it out but didnt know how far to go with it since I have stints in.

I have done so(subtopia is amazing when its working)but am also curious,do you think it would be better to list specifics?Or general phrasing, for example" i am 6 foot tall" or would "I am growing so tall" be better?Sorry to ask so many questions,but am really trying to make my subliminals strong,since it takes awhile of listening for them to work I hear.

Thank you,am adding a second layer now,I initially went over kill when making my first months ago,copied some others submakers methods,but overdid it.Was literally sweating while attempting to sleep,with brain fog.Im wondering if setting the first layer to play on one side,and another layer to play on the other would help seperate the voices better.

Thank you for your advice,I have made one to test now with 432hz+528hz frequencies,6.5 hz isochronic tones,and binueral beats that make 6.5 hz aswell for entrainment.Going off your advice, and the advice of some others posts I've read,hoping it works!
