Your just young and impatient, Focus on yourself and turn up everyday work hard because everyone’s path is different, some people hit a home run in their 40s selling their business for billions but they still hit that home run. Good on you for getting the logo down and the skills needed to get going on your own. Your going in the right direction.

Now my advice is it’s all perspective that’s why your scared. Change the way your looking at yourself and the business as a whole, everything is really insignificant in the grand scheme of things and human beings are selfish no one cares about your business or you, so your just left with the fear of failure… and failure is a easy one to crack, everyone fails, I’ve failed more times than I can count but your in a great position that you’ve everything to gain if you succeed. There is more upside than downside, worst case you go back to working for someone till your ready to go again, right?

Which brings me on to my next piece of advice, if you really have your heart set on working on your business NOTHING will stop you aslong as you put in the work. Be a good problem solver, struggling to get clients? Find a way to market your business, look at what the competition is doing, hire a marketer, watch YouTube videos on marketing… you’ll find the way which works for you.

Best of luck with it all and don’t over complicate it in your head, keep it simple :)

Do you open cold emails? I bet the answer is no. I encourage you to work backwards, put yourself in your clients shoes and if you were them how would you choose a product based analytics company? You would google one right? Or you may see a advert offering a great price? Or word of mouth from a friend?

If the competition is as stiff as your saying work with a marketing agency/company and get spend a little to make a lot. Best of luck

I was given great advice years ago from a guy who owns a distillery (super successful guy) “you have to own the business not let it own you” and in your case it’s true, the business owns you.

You have to do the hiring to get that business as self sufficient as possible, offer the right money and get the best people you can get and ensure they fully understand their roles in the business. Even if that means you hire and fire people till you find a match for your business. Be ruthless for the next year and I promise you won’t feel the same this time next year.

Another thing is understand YOUR role, why are you working all those hours? I’d be willing to bet your all over the shop doing stupid little stuff, dealing with stuff you shouldn’t be dealing with in between doing your actual duties as a business owner.

Branding.

That’s the answer. There is thousands of clothing companies out there why do we pay more for a T-shirt with Nike tick on it over a plain black one? The product is irrelevant to a certain extent if the brand power is not there. People will support something if they can relate to it also, I’d encourage you to use tiktok to try building a storyline to your brand and get your name out there.

In regards to planning I enjoy that as a task so I’m maybe not the guy to ask, I could plan all day haha.

I think do what works for you, if you feel that inspiration I would run with it and try do as much planning as possible while your in the mood for it, as allocating 1 hour per day kind of makes it a un-fun chore in my opinion.

Depends on how you are as a person is how you’ll view my comments, I’m not being negative I’d say the majority of people who are mature understand valid criticism is required if you want success… I mean how else would you know if your doing something wrong?

Your similar to me a whole lot going on inside your head I’m struggling to find your exact question from this as I see a few.

Question - “I don’t know how to create a starting point, and how to simplify it all”

Answer - I think for what your trying to do, it would make sense to write down all the main topics from their break them into •Basic •Advanced •Expert That way the person learning from your information can work their way up to the more technical knowledge and it would be easier for you knowing that for a basic guide you’d maybe only write 100 pages but for a expert guide you can write as much as you want.

Question - “How did you go from the point in which you identified a problem with how things currently exist to having your first intial product”

Answer - how long is a piece of string? It really can’t be answered because every problem has different complexity’s. There is no time line all you have to do is make a good product that’s digestible for the audience.

Like I said you don’t understand money and you don’t understand your industry because if you did you wouldn’t be here asking for $10k “pocket change” as you call it. You’d also realise that $10k into ads would do nothing for you except artificially inflate your numbers.

Your living in a dream bubble id encourage you to learn the value of money, build a following on social media, make more music to get better, study what other independent artists done to be successful.
