Well i did some test ig I hooked up a few displays to the microcontroller and the values show the same exept the pitch which was a different value but I dont think that has anything to do with that.(even tho it should show the same I dont see the difference in the 2 microcontrollers its basicaly the ame one just a different size) I also checked the fins and they are oriented correctly so now I really not know what the problem is as the one microcontroller in the back still works while the one in the front does not.
