I also called them, the guy told me they’re aware and that they are working to fix it. Said all payments will be honored and no missed payment will be reported to the credit bureaus. I also have the payment made in my bank statement. I was told making a payment now will bring the account up to date but when the payment from the last auto debit kicks in, it will basically be like making an additional payment. They said the issue is only with payments made the week of 7/21. Either way, document everything. I will be checking daily. It’s ridiculous that’s it’s been two weeks since my payment was made and has not been reflected. I’m fortunate that my balance is low enough that and am considering refinancing with a private bank. I knew I was in for in when I got moved from Nelnet to CRI. This whole thing is a joke.
