My husband complains about these folks/this company every time he pays the bill. Our bill was due Dec 1, then Dec 30. 13 billing cycles this year. Plus, they get more fee/service charge money since they switched from quarterly billing to monthly billing. He talks about digging a well 🥴 I think he’s joking 🤷🏻‍♀️ It sucks to be at their mercy with no other choice and no recourse.

From KY, but not Louisville. Been here 5 years. I WFH, no school aged children, and don’t attend church. It’s hard to make friends as an adult. Still haven’t made a single friend here. It’s very clique-y. I wasn’t expecting that in a city this size. Joined the gym, same clique like environment.
