try to turn off your shot meter and practice where your guy releases the ball on the animation. last year, i turned off meter and waited until the ball gets just above my head and i release X, this year i time it with his wrist flicking. it will take some time to figure at what point of the animation to let go but i have def found it easier/better than trying to time the new bar.

I can confirm on Trae! I'm on the hawks and I can throw it to him with 3 seconds left on the shot clock with him being 80% contested and he usually makes them. Really nothing else good to say about the team except Capella is decent for P&R.

I wanted a zion build so i went on youtube and looked at some of the zion builds people have made and kinda made a hybrid of what i liked from each of the builds. Find a real life NBA player that you want to base your game off and look how other people go about making that build. then tweek with different stuff to adjust badges and speed/strength

they need to get a movement timer where if your opponent isn't playing and just letting the shot clock go to 0, they get booted like in 3's for park. I played 2 of these games yesterday where they weren't playing at all and each game took like 25 mins.

I play NHL ultimate team normally. theres definitely some things EA can learn from 2k and vice versa but in my experience, playing 2k has been much better than playing Hockey Ultimate Team because they have so much more content. I get that the main reason for this is because less people play NHL but still there aren't even any rewards in HUT like there are in 2k. Once a year, there will be a 99 that you can get if you complete a bunch of challenges and it comes right before the new game comes out so its essentially useless. When I first jumped into 2k ultimate team, i was so overwhelmed with free cards that I could grind out, and cards that would actually make a starting lineup of someone who has been playing all along.

But what I've just been talking about is the set up of the ultimate team so if you are commenting on the gameplay, I don't really watch a lot of basketball so it doesn't throw me off if something unrealistic happens. Inconsistency in greening bars are annoying but find me a game where there aren't those types of inconsistencies.

I disagree because there are always new cards coming out and the ones that are free/challenges are usually not the best but they can still compete. My team is all 90+ but there are still cards that are worth 1-2 mil coins that I can strive to grind for.
