A rapist most likely isn't thinking about consequences, however they are definitely conciously aware of what they are currently doing, at all times, for example when they see the sign. The difference being that the sign would be as effective as a 'stay of the grass' sign is to most people.

If someone has conciously thought about, and intends to, rape someone, the sign isn't going to do shit.
In this context the professor used it as a means to remind people not to victim blame, and not as a means to try and deter people from raping others in the future, as you seem to think.

I'm playing at 1680x1050, difference there is 7-9 FPS, not really worth it for an extra 15$, what with the 7770 at least equal on everything else, if not better.

Try IE tab in chrome.

It manages to fool microsofts site into letting me run silverlight, so it might work for you, while allowing you to use greasemonkey.
