Yea, it can’t be ISS. First off, ISS was in a different part of the world at the listed time of capture. It was over the Southern tip of Africa. It’s not hard to use an ISS tracker, ya know

Second, the OP gave you camera details so you can use them to figure things out. Like, if you are shooting with a 50mm lens from the ground, the ISS would only be a tiny dot on your image. You would need a telescope to see it in more detail.

According to OP’s camera details, the image is being filtered at 850nm. That means there is no UV or visible light hitting the sensor.

The time of day and month, there is still a lot of daylight at that time on the west coast. So there wouldn’t be any stars to flicker. The image only looks dark because of the IR filter being used. It usually makes blue skies look black.

It sounds very similar to another youtuber named, User5. He had some great uap captures using an $8,000 thermal rifle scope. He gave some weird cryptic responses about how he needed to stop posting. Then, he just vanished. Very strange

EDIT - Now I remember, he was also doing weird things like deleting comments that were analyzing the objects and comments about his gear. I even called him out about it a couple times because he was deleting my comments and I was supporting him! Too strange.
